REVIEW : Resurrection Remix on Redmi 1s

Sorry for the delay guys was busy with my exams

Resurrection Remix in my opinion is the best lollipop based custom ROM for the Redmi 1s. This ROM is based on android version 5.0.2 (not the latest but who cares) . In terms of stability and fluidity it does not disappoint you. This ROM does not only get you the experience of lollipop but also with some features which you can mess around and which is always welcomed in my opinion. The truth is that it is a very stable lollipop based ROM as from its competitors like CM 12 by Armani devs ,Mokee and alos CM 12 by syhost.but even when it is so stable it still has bugs inside it but note one thing this just the initial build of this ROM and sill surpasses its competitors.

Note : All the major bugs which i had faced in my testing of this rom are fixed  after i fiddling around with it

So now lets talk about the pros and cons about this ROM

Pros

- Smooth as butter(fix will be shown below)
- STABLE (even when it is only the first build)
- Good battery life (not the best)
- Sound output is good
- All the things that should work just WORK
- Android lollipop 5.0.2 
- good camera processing (i have seen better)
- Extra features
- and much much more

Cons

- Clock speed getting stuck on 998mhz(FIXED)
- Camera Recording Lag(FIXED)
- Vibration Intensity Page FC(WILL BE FIXES AS PER THE DEV IN THE NEXT BUILD)
- Sound output little but distorts(FIXED)
- Network page FC (But nothing useful there inside that page)
- Large amount of Lag sometimes(FIXED)

Note : To activate and deactivate Cellular Data is there in the SIM section in the settings Menu

So verdict is that this ROM is stable is hell and any-day can be used as a daily driver. And you should try it out NOW


FIXES

SOUND DISTORT FIX : Go to Audio FX and change the equalizer settings to electronic

- CLOCK SPEED STUCK @ 998mhz AND LAG FIX :
-  Just install a custom kernel
- Install no-frills from the play store
- Change the speed to to MAX.clock freq.: 1.498 or higher
                                        MIN.clock.freq.  :1.19 or higher
                                        Governor             : POWERSAVE OR ANOTHER (YOUR WISH)    
                                        I/O Sheduler        : noop
- Tick on apply on boot
- Press Apply & reboot
